At Solace Counseling Collective, we provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy for adults navigating life's challenges. Our licensed therapists specializes in trauma recovery, parenting issues, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, and life transitions.
We believe in a holistic and collaborative approach to healing that honors your unique experiences and goals. You are the expert of your own story and our practice integrates proven therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you process along the way.

My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. I tailor my interventions to each individual's unique needs, drawing from a variety of evidence-based techniques such as cognitive behavior therapy, EMDR, and attachment theory to help equip my clients to begin to live a whole-hearted, integrated life.
I specialize in trauma, life transitions, parenting issues, attachment issues, and personality disorders. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Level 1 Gottman Couples Method.
